I was wondering if there were any legit sites out there offering debit cards that you can deposit to using lr then withdraw from atm.

I seen 2 sites, but they turned out to be scams.

How is the fees? I bet with currency conversion @ your local ATM (if you don't take out USD) + their loading fee + whatever else fee they got will rape u in the end. They can also lock your account and block funds in at their desire and ask u for more papers and shits on how u got money......... Better PayPal to proven WU IMO.

Both are very trusted high reputation, can find lots of feedbacks on talkgold.
They do ask for passport/ID scan so be prepared.

not only scans, but picture of u holding ID. However there are talented pple around here that can fake anything. also get a prepaid phone specifically for this.
