First of all u need both masterkeys to modify setup and activate usb port of atm to up or download a file. Nowadays all atm´s use PPE(PinPadEncryption), whatever key u type in the pinpad gets encrypted directly in its own chip and all u can catch is the allready encrypted pinblock.
