Appeal reputation!

reputation needs to be fixed , its been abuse of the system. I know have -3 because of the same idiot and another random , member bugsy accusing me without proof ! as far i know thats deserve deer status ! need these fixed
 
I got deer today because of my signature . I will remove it !!! I am not agree with this status because I have never sold to the forum ; I only shared.

I like to help forum, so when i know someone ripper or time waster i write it, but this have problems, for example
I know golden bucks its time waster, he said to me have fake money, and 2 times or 3 said send test to see, never come, finally said he write incorrect the adress, all the times.
After said have paypals and he will buy in internet and ill work as drop, but never deal, so i post he was a time waster, i want help forum, so he put me -1 rep.
Please admin remove, theres no another reason.
If this happen and admins no remove, people start to shut up, cause when you discover rippers,time wasters....... you have bad rep.

I sent to this man 4 dumps to cashout, no answer, block me in icq, so to help forum i put in blacklist, now he put me -1 rep
Im trying to send dumps to cashout, everybody know theres many rippers, so if something like that happen, and i say ripper put me -1, i do it to help forum, but then what i shall i do?

the way people are complaining about the -1 reputation issue, i am trying to understand the process of removing the rep of sum1, is it not meant to follow due protocol the same way of opening a blacklist....my 2 cents

Ninja please remove my -1 rep of Golden Bucks, as i said to you, i didnt lie, he put me this -1 rep cause i post he was a time waster ,he wasnt good person, now the time say i said the true, now status its Ripper, so its no judge that i have -1 for say that man no good man.

how can i remove my Deer rep?! i remember i got this reputation coz i have post an advertisement before, without admin concern or permission.. but i didn't rip or scam someone else, as i remember thats the only thing i have done and its just once!
