Anyone using AMEX in EU/UK?

Wanted to know if anyone is using AMEX in EU/UK?

Prices for these are cheaper that other dumps from most seller and im sure if it is because of the 'APPROVAL CODE' that it asks for after swipe. I heard someone say you can get the code but each card has specific code. Is it the cvv code (4 digits) on front of amex card?

Would appreciate any comments...

Amex usually go's straight to auth in the uk there are some bins that will swipe through but only for one hit.
