Anybody instore with AU or EU dumps in USA or Cali?

Does anybody card instore with AU or EU dumps in USA specifically in California? California dumps dont last. Everyone eats them up fast. So i had heard that AU works good in Cali and also that EU works good anywhere. They are so expensive so i would like to know if there is any truth to this before i pay 70 for 1 AU dump. Thanks
