Only scammers engage in this type of fraud.
They will ask you for an advance payment and then disappear. You will just lose your money and be upset.
Carders who deal with gift cards sell them to trusted buyers, who buy them for 80% of the balance.
Also, many carders quickly and easily exchange gift cards for cryptocurrency on paxful and other exchanges.
Even if you find a store or seller that sells gift cards for 50-60% of the balance, you can offer him to make a transaction through the “Escrow service” that you trust. You will receive a refusal from such a transaction, since the fraudster failed to deceive. Or he offers his accomplice as a guarantor or surety.
Be careful from such offers, especially there are a lot of them on Telegram and on fraudulent carding forums.
If you really need gift cards at a low price, you can provide the material (live CC and proxy) to a newbie carder to work with, who will buy them for you or be denied payment.
