We maintain anonymity
Today we will briefly look at the main browsers that allow us to maintain anonymity on the web.

Opera, Mozilla Firefox, or, excuse me for mentioning it, Internet Explorer collect a huge amount of information about us. Both browsers and other sites that we visit know more about us and our interests than our closest friends.

For most people, this is not important, many believe that they have nothing to hide. But there are also those who don't like it. The desire to be anonymous online is not just about working with gray or black schemes. Sometimes people just don't want to be peeked at through the keyhole.

Let's analyze the 3 most simple and common browsers.

"This is absolute security, anonymity and freedom", says the developer.

Features:
  • AES-256 encryption.
  • Portable format.
  • Fingerprint protection and substitution systems (GPU, Audio, Canvas, Plugins, Fonts, ClientRects, Ubercookies).
  • Off-the-Record mode - all data is saved only in RAM.
  • Completely devoid of all elements of the Google spy code.
Overall, this is one of the best solutions on the market + there is a stripped-down free version. Great for spoofing fingerprints, for example, during mass registration.

Tor Browser

Good old tor browser. I don't know if there are any readers who don't know about it, but I couldn't help but include it in the list.

Features:
  • Open source code.
  • Opens access to the TOR network and allows you to open .onion sites.
  • You can run it from a USB stick.
  • Allows you to open any sites that have been blocked by provider.
The most popular and widespread solution for providing anonymity, due to its simplicity.

Epic Privacy Browser

It is in demand due to built-in VPNS. It is built like most similar solutions based on Chromium.

Features:
  • Ability to enable VPN in browser, 9 countries to choose from.
  • It doesn't replace fingerprints
  • Deletes all session data when closed
In general, if you put a number of plugins on a regular Firefox, you can get the same result. The advantages of this solution are a set of VPNs and the fact that all the plugins have already been assembled for you.

You should not expect much anonymity, it is also not suitable for mass registrations, but if you need to bypass the lock , it will do fine.

In conclusion
There is still a huge pool of different public browsers that promise to provide anonymity, but the keyword is "promise" and there is no point in dwelling on them.

The first two browsers are sufficient for most tasks. Other, more complex solutions will be discussed in the following articles. A series of articles on AIB (anonymity and security) is planned.
