I bought paypal method and CC from andrekisdeadd99(forum name,telegram name is @andrekisdead), I tried it and it didn't work, he said it was a problem with my Phone Number, I bought SMS from him and then he blocked me.I also found this post from him on the forum, maybe his own paypal method didn't even work.
