The study surveyed 500 US iPhone 13 owners. 67% of respondents who used Apple Pay now purchase from merchants who accept Apple Pay.
In addition, 51% of those surveyed said that after Apple Pay, they are less likely to use other payment methods, including cash. At the same time, 45% of respondents had problems with setting up an "apple" payment solution. Users consider the main disadvantage of Apple Pay to be the small number of retailers that accept these payments.
