All money transfers are scam?

Newbie. Are all money transfers a scam? Or only the ones with high discounts of 10%-20% ($100 BTC Paypal transfer $1000) are scams? Thanks.

Yes its SCAM! Try to ask those dickheads to use escrow and u will see that they refuse it.

It is quite possible to find fillers who will make you a money transfer for 70-80% of the cost of the money transfer.
Think about the following rules:
1. Anyone who offers to make a money transfer to your banking details for 10-50% of the cost of the money transfer is fraud and deception. You will be required to pay in advance and will simply be deceived. You will not receive any money transfer.
2. If you have found a proven money transfer service, offer a deal through a reliable escrow service. Work only via escrow service. Never make an advance payment or you will be deceived.

sometimes the escrow is ran by the same person who is doing the scam so they are so confident enough to even suggest escrow first

Ppl get so tricked by it they don’t even use the (fake)escrow at all because they feel safe

Yes of course …for and example … there is a forum called russiancarders.ru it is not Russian and 100 percent Indian scam forum … that transfer $1000 for $150 .. I hate Indian scammers
