advise on france201 track2+pin

a friend of mine starting an op in france, grabbing track2+pin. he will be grabbing it from the magstrip and not chip (so it will be correct track not that special one that is dynamic on the chip).

just checking if they are working in ATMs abroad? anyone tried any french stuff recently? also which countries are good for cashing french track2+pin? im guessing african french speaking maybe.

Il parait que en lituanie il y a pas mal de ATM non emv. Enplus ca reste en europe et c'est vite fait en avion (environ 3H de paris à 100? l'aller le retour enplus....) et pas besoin de passeport..
