I was few days ago in Morocco and D+P from France don't work there..first time give you Transaction Refused and if you try again then atm capture your plastic, in India and Canada a few mastercard bins..

a friend of mine starting an op in france, grabbing track2+pin. he will be grabbing it from the magstrip and not chip (so it will be correct track not that special one that is dynamic on the chip).

just checking if they are working in ATMs abroad? anyone tried any french stuff recently? also which countries are good for cashing french track2+pin? im guessing african french speaking maybe.
