Advice from expirienced carder

I am long time in the carders world.But lately have problem that is why i need help from someone with expirience.
working with usa 101 in eu,usualy use sign,world credit and i may say whas all ok!But last month have problem,meanning using same bins but reponse code 050 for few ,but for suprise next order same bin ok!
i work with one vendor for a year,but hi is not online for two months so i change( i try with 3vend from this forum).
first order from 6 whent 3,second from 10 whent 1.Than try another one and all the same!my question is:

1.Bin become region blocked
2.Vendors have mixed bases from different sources
3.When the base whose sold 30-40% bins are on medium fraud so get declined when swiping in EU
4.Vendors have shitty dumps

when u get response code 05 on pos that means the dump is shit and one other thing never use the same bin for long time need to keep changing the bins on regular basis if need some working bins for ur region message me good luck.......(max1006)

i solve the case!problem is 4.shitty dumps!
today i try one off my most used Signityre Usa,work like charm.
1card 3hits!
so vendors must update at short time,becouse possible when base sale 30-40% is
put on medim fraud,dump appr on checker but on pos is shit!
those who work skimming knows that the best.
