3. i got scammed out of 1 gazillion dollars, where can i buy legit cc

Only ask questions when you're sure, that you're not asking bullshit, and NEVER trust others with your money. Only buy from trusted sites and trusted accounts, like BigBeast, Teacher and other PROFESSIONALS.
