An 18-year-old hacker from Gomel will answer for his actions in court.
On September 1, in the Sovetsky district of Gomel (Belarus), a criminal trial will begin against Arseniy Eliseev, the administrator of the Anonymous Russia channel, which is associated with the Killnet network.
The 18-year-old suspect is a resident of Gomel and previously studied at school No. 52. Arseniy is accused of illegal actions regarding information (parts 1 and 2 of Article 203-1 of the Criminal Code) and dissemination of knowingly false reports of danger (part 1 of Article 340 of the Criminal Code). Additional details of the case have not yet been disclosed.
Information about Eliseev’s detention appeared on April 15 of this year, when a message appeared in channels associated with the pro-Russian hacker network Killnet that the administrator of the Anonymous Russia channel, known under the pseudonym Mr. Raty, was detained by law enforcement agencies.
At the moment, Arseniy is in custody in the Gomel pre-trial detention center.
