I have a Skrill account that i have not used for very long. So i read around in this forum, and other forums as well, that you can you Skrill (also Moneygram) for a method where you can use them
To consider when "taking over" another persons Skrill account, or create a new one
1. Place of birth
2. email adress
3. state
4. When the account was created ( this is a tough one, but you can manage this still, and then you get connected to service)
5. Bank account
6. Bank name
Atleast these questions you have to have in hand, if you get over another persons Skrill account.
