The FSB opened a case under the article “Treason” against an 18-year-old programming student from Tomsk. On instructions from the Ukrainian special services, he carried out a series of computer attacks on the information resources of the city administration and Tomsk Polytechnic University.
According to “Base”, the case against Seymour I. was initiated on October 26 last year. According to investigators, in early 2023 he received an assignment from a representative of the Ukrainian hacker group Cyber Anarchy Squad.
After that, in January and March 2023, the guy carried out hacker attacks on the administration and the university directly from his apartment.
