The activities of legal entities using electronic currencies are regulated by the some Federal Law about "Payment System" (including many amendments and additions). Most used: Yandex Money, QIWI Wallet, PayPal. Of the total number of electronic currencies, it is immediately worth highlighting WebMoney, which are not banknotes, but property rights to values (the values themselves are stored in the guarantor companies). Therefore, transactions with WebMoney are not fully regulated by this law.

How to transfer electronic money to the current account of a legal entity
  1. If the owner of an electronic wallet is a legal entity, then the owner cannot transfer electronic funds in favor of another legal entity. The transfer can go only in favor of an individual in accordance with the limits determined by laws and the electronic payment system itself (below the BOT).
  2. If the withdrawal is made in favor of your bank account (for an LLC this is only the organization's current account, for an individual entrepreneur it can be either a personal bank account or a current account, depending on how the entrepreneur is registered in the payment system), then there are no restrictions (if do not count the limit on the account balance, which is determined by law in $ 10000 or the equivalent at the current rate, if the electronic wallet is maintained in another currency).
  3. Within the electronic payment system, a legal entity accepts payments and transfers from individuals only to a special electronic account that maintains and services the BOT. Maintaining such an account is possible only after the procedure for identifying a legal entity and concluding a formal agreement (an agreement is possible without signing by both parties - an offer agreement). Some electronic payment operators do not accept payments to the electronic account of a legal entity, for example, Yandex.Money connects an LLC or an individual entrepreneur under an agreement through the Yandex.Checkout service, which is essentially a payment aggregation service; with an individual entrepreneur and LLC Yandex.Checkout works only on a bank account.
  4. You can make a direct payment or transfer to BOT from an individual to the bank account of a legal entity with the filling in of the appropriate details (like paying a receipt in a bank - it is drawn up as a non-cash payment of an individual). The same Yandex.Money allows you to pay for the receipt online within your service or on the website of a legal entity through a special form.

How to top up an electronic wallet from a current account
According to the law, a legal entity can replenish its own account in the electronic payment system only from its current account. In essence, the replenishment is performed as a regular payment to the bank of the payment system. Electronic funds will be credited to the account minus the fees charged by the system and the sending bank.

For example, a payment to the Budget Automation account (similar to the WM Keeper payment management program, but only for legal entities in the WebMoney payment system) is sent as a regular bank transfer with the assignment "Payment for the purchase of securities under a wmid agreement ..." (the legal entity's wallet number is indicated) ... But, as mentioned earlier, WebMoney is rather an exception to the rule.

Most electronic payment services often do not implement this feature. All work with legal entities is based only on settlements on bank accounts (as in the case of mutual settlements between legal entities). That is, if you need to replenish an electronic wallet, then you send an ordinary payment or a transfer from your account to the EPS account to the EPS bank, and the latter already operates with this amount, for example, replenishes the required electronic wallets of individuals, etc. The account where the organization's money is stored in the system is a separate type of internal accounts.

Let's take Yandex.Money as an example. The service, without concluding any agreement, transfers payments from individuals directly to the bank accounts of companies. And if an entrepreneur or LLC connects the payment aggregation service Yandex.Checkout, then all settlements will take place on the internal collateral account, and the organization will receive payments directly to the bank account (without withdrawing to any electronic wallet).

Against this background, there are even a number of companies that provide intermediary services for receiving or withdrawing electronic currencies in a convenient form. The essence of the work of such intermediaries comes down to the same: payments and acceptance of payments from individuals are carried out in electronic form, and settlements with legal entities are carried out on bank accounts.

To work, EFT payments require two parties: a sender and a receiver. When a sender agrees to send money to a receiver, the payment is routed through the appropriate payment network and monies are transferred from the sender's account to the recipient's account. That's the essential part, and a guy like me who has to deal with transaction every day, has to know it. Buying crypto it's not that easy as some people can think. The good part is that I do not pay taxes at least, because I got license https://ecommerce-broker.eu/en/Licenses/obtaining-an-emi-license/.
