I just started in this game recently and just been doing usual CC's and dumps with giftcards. I want to move on and get more efficient at it. I know many of you are very experienced in this game and i hope you can help new starters like me.

1) My first question is what exactly are BIN's and how do you know what BIN's are best suited for you to make better hits when using dumps?

2) How does one exactly use dumps with pins in UK to withdraw cash? According to what i know is that you write the dump onto a blank card with programmeable stripe and than use the card in ATM machines like a normal bank card where you can see the full balance on screen and keep withdrawing the cash using the PIN supplied until the dump gets blocked. Am i right?

3) If i buy a skimmer, how well will it work in UK and what kind of risks are involved even if one is careful?

4) Why are EU dumps so expensive and why is it rare to find exclusive UK dumps only?

1) Bins are the first 6 digits of any cc number. Represents who and where it's from. Some bins hit hard. For example, you obviously won't try a 5k transaction with a classic.

2) Plenty of tuts on that already.

3) Not into skimming.

4) EU dumps tend to hit harder when they are open. It's those dumps that hit once and never again. Price is expensive because of supply and demand obviously ~_~ I don't know how hard UK dumps are to get but they don't work where I am so can't help you on that.

yes first 6 digits is a BIN.
i doubt you will get to buy dumps with pin code cause dont know who would sell that and wount go by themself to take cash from ATM

I have access to dump+PINS but being abit of a noob who has just started in this game i don't know the process of using them to withdraw cash from ATM's. So if you can please help me and explain the process.

What kind of dumps do you have access to? 201 chip or 101? For 201 dumps you need to use ATM that reads the card only by the magnetic stripe technology. I think most ATM banks in europe are using chip to read the cards, at least in western europe. You would then need to go into any country using magnetic stripe for ATM's like china, thailand, indonesia, etc.. to withdraw money. Just send me a PM if you need more info.

Atleast i don't use my grany's card to withdraw her pension.
