2D Secure Payment Gateway without OTP

Hello friends,
We have an NGO in Brazil and we need a 2D Gateway without OTP to receive donations from all over the world.
We've tried Stripe, GoFundMe and a few other famous ones, but none work well. GoFundMe deleted our account for more than 2000 EUR without any warning or reason.
Please, what would be the best option and which accepts international registrations and withdrawals via Swift or otherwise?

2D payment systems are almost all the same.
The cardholder has the right to 'ChargeBack' for any transaction that does not receive an SMS from the cardholder.
Therefore, it is perfectly normal to delete the relevant money from your account.
My advice to you is to keep the donation low and immediately withdraw the amount reaching the target.

Did you mean to stay on the website browsing for the whole 20 minutes, or the time since you register the account should be more than 20 minutes , or both?
