A friend of mine coded this tool in PHP. It is a new PHP Mailer which bypasses most spam filters and delivers spoofed or phishing email to inbox. It can be used in different ways. Here is a screenshot.Just upload .php file to your hacked host, use the direct link.

It depends on your server. If it's IP is blacklisted, it will mostly go to spam box. Also, try to change the fields, do not put like service@paypal.com because it's hard to get to inbox doing that.
