Tarrant County prosecutors say the 53-year-old was among several from a Glendale, Calif., ring who placed their “skimmers” in pumps in Mojave, Calif., Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston and Fort Worth to amass 38,000 card numbers and passwords. Customers were bilked of $280,000.

something does not add up, i agree. thats 7$ per card. i could see if he was not gathering pins this would be more accurate but who skims and doesn't get pins?
