I tripped and stumbled upon 12000 Paypal logins.
Anyway, I need these converted into legal tender. I have 2 days to make enough money to pay a deposit on something so I'm open to any ideas.
There are a LOT with large balances, 90+% have attached cards so you can pay for things.
