List of things you need to stop enduring in order to live a happy, successful and morally fulfilling life

Excessive tolerance can devastate you. You will not be able to live a happy, successful life full of moral satisfaction if you spend all your energy on things that you should not endure. Sometimes you should be able to stand your ground.

Here is a list of things to stop enduring:
1. The decision to come to terms with the fact that you are a talentless person. - The point is that, perhaps, you can start all over again, or create something much better. Sometimes you need to move some distance from yourself to see everything clearly. Sometimes growing up means getting rid of old habits, relationships, and in return finding something new, something that really makes you move forward. This something awakens in you such a crazy interest in life that when you go to bed, you are already looking forward to the morning. This is what life is all about.

2. Your own negative thinking. - Your thoughts, your mind are your sacred world. And only you can decide either to close the windows in it and thereby turn this world into darkness, or, on the contrary, open them and let the light in. Even in the most difficult situations, you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. What do you think about most often? How far have you come, or how far do you still need to go? Would you rather remember your strengths or weaknesses? What can happen to you most often, the best that can be, or the worst? Pay attention to your internal dialogue. Perhaps your thoughts are the only thing that needs to be changed in order to find more happiness, more love and more success.

3. Negativeness of other people. - You will not stop hurting yourself until you learn to appreciate and support yourself. You do not have to watch what others say or do, but it is up to you to decide what they should say or do when it comes to you. Only you can make it impossible for their poisonous words to strike your heart and thoughts. Remember, if you do not honor your inner world, no one else will do this the same way.

4. Unhealthy relationships. - Build your relationship correctly. Sometimes you feel more lonely with someone than when you are alone. Be with people who appreciate you. You don't need many friends to be happy, just a few people are enough, but those who appreciate you for who you are. And we do not leave because someone is not worthy of us, but only because we have finally realized our own worth.

5. Dishonesty. - Your inner world can rest quietly at night, only if you do not use anyone for your own purposes. If you manage to live life without falsehood, you will keep peace and tranquility in your thoughts, and this world is priceless. Be honest and surround yourself with the same people.

6. Work environment or industry that you hate. - If this seems wrong to you, do not dwell on one or two areas of activity that you do without much interest. Continue your search. In the end, you will surely find what you were looking for. If you work hard but enjoy every minute of the work, don't stop. You are on the cusp of something great. If your job is your passion, how can it be a burden?

7. Be disorganized and unprepared. - Wake up half an hour earlier, in this case you will not run headlong. These 30 minutes will help you avoid speeding tickets, being late, and other headaches. Get organized. Get rid of the junk you don't use. Read David Allen's book How to Get Things Done, this is some practical guide to getting things in order.

8. Inaction. - If you acquire knowledge, this does not mean that you are growing up. Growing up happens when your knowledge changes your life. Just sitting and sending thoughts into space, you will not be able to change anything, you will not be able to move a single step forward. If you keep doing what you are doing, you will keep getting what you get. The best time to start making changes is now.

9. A chain of unfinished business. - There is nothing worse than an eternal chain of unfinished business. Stop procrastinating until tomorrow. Start cleaning your affairs now. If you keep putting it off until Monday, it will only get worse.

10. Reflect on past mistakes and grievances. - If it seems to you that your ship is sinking, then it is probably time to throw out the trash that pulls it to the bottom. The next time you decide to clean up your life, start with really useless things like old grudges, frustrations, and pain. Let them go. It is impossible to start a new page of life, constantly re-reading the previous one.

11. The emergence of new debts. - Personal debt leads to stress and heart disease. You need to be able to live not only in highs, but not in vain. Don't buy junk you don't need. Don't waste money just to impress someone. Do not be fooled by the thought that the main thing in life is only material values. You have to manage money, not the other way around. You always have to live within your means.

12. Your unwillingness to say what should be said. - Each of us has our own little watchdog in our heads, which is always watching us. He was born and raised with our family, friends, work colleagues and society in general, and his only goal is to watch over us and make sure that we do not overstep the boundaries of what is permissible. And as soon as we get used to his presence, we begin to get used to his opinion. And only it seems to us correct. But this is not so, these are just the opinions of other people. This watchdog is just watching us, nothing more. He cannot control us in any way. There is nothing he can do if we decide to express our purely personal opinion. No, we should not shout obscenities and act like ridicule. But we must say what needs to be said, and exactly when it is needed. This is perhaps the only chance to tell the truth.
