If your blank white plastic card does not have an EMV chip, then only old ATMs will be able to read it.

most new atms have a fallback method where the emv doesnt work properly they will resort to using the mag stripe

Im going to also make a clone of my card so I can go around finding atms that will accept mag strip

I found an atm that read the blank mag strip plastic no chip with my card cloned got insufficient funds because I was just testing and I tried a 101 dump and a 201 dump both declined so I think that means they will accept a valid dump yeah?

Yes but they do not always give old atms , you will find better spots by yourself riding around town

No for 201 dump you need x2 emv and omnikey and some other tools to clone the chip and msrx to code the blackstripe.For 101 you just code the blackstripe with msrx
