i ordered what i thought was a j2a040 blank but i keep getting these codes and i am unable to clone the blank

Iv looked everywhere for jcop unfused j2a040 blank cards. Does anyone have a recommended vendor? Also do they have to be initialized?

how do i write the dump to a mag strip with msrx. Do i have to add any zeros or anything. i noticed when i swiped my old debit card through the msr the track 2 is 3 digits longer then the one i got. any help would be great
