One more time - i have no proof what you really NOT recieved it.
And i have no proof what he NOT SENT IT.
Im wait for his reply.

But picked up package means someone picked it up - correct. But it could be not him, but his drop.
Anyway - we're now implementing fully automated process of escrow and i will put amount of TIME after which money will be sent out back to buyer, incase of other party will not appear. Accepting this rules, both parties will be forced to be online when deal is processing.

my money are 3 months and so in escrow, even if our deal failed and i provided all kind of proofs and he got his package back, im still waiting. i really understand that ninja is busy and situation is complicated but 2-3 months is alot ...

You provide nothing, but talks. You cant proof what he recieved in package - what he really expected and not a garbage.
