like blockent said, atm cash out cards. normally you only need to send a scan of an ID (and sometimes utility bill) to get the card.

it completely depends. Some POSes will not accept a card that doesn't have a legitimate T1, some will accept any generated T1. ATMs used to accept any card with T2 (even without T1), but there are some that will not read your card if it has no T1 on it! So better always have a T1.

Any electronics will do nicely, mostly because they are relatively expensive and easy to sell AND transport. Try to buy dumps from vendors who offer not only T2, but an ORIGINAL (not generated) Track 1, with original name - this should reduce your decline rate in some of the newer POSes
