Guys bins dont determine balance on cards. Cc vendors cant tell balance on cards unlike banklog sellers

Ssn and dob might be useful. But these info dont help in vbv issues. Dont think they do

Bin is a number that is used to determine bank and country card was issued. And carders use bin to determine if card is vbv or not and thats it for bins

I really dont get the concept of buying bins
