I have the same problem. Ive registered there about 5-6 months. as the domain was .tv


but now i would to sign in, and the system tell me that my passwort or login missmatch.

TRACK2.NAME : user "Bigmac" not found , mayber be he not buy anything , maybe just register and never buy anything - then account is deleted automaticaly.

yuehan , track2 says you many times already , its not your account.
1)First error
You said you have 60$ on balance.
But on account much more money then you said.
2) Second error
You said you not use account long - but last login to it is today..

So there nothing to help in it. Its not your account. Maybe somebody steal it and use . i dunno.
