Is there any way to check a credit card’s exact balance without making it unusable or flagging it?

The seller I’m buying from hasn’t replied (even though they’ve got great reviews), and they list cards and PayPal accounts with ranges like “$1,000–$10,000” or “$5,000+.” I’d just like to know the actual amount on the card or in the account before I go through with it.

You can find out the card balance in the following ways:
1. Call the issuing bank on behalf of the cardholder or from the cardholder's phone (by replacing the number). Call a bank employee or enter the data into an automatic robot and get the result.
2. Enroll the card by filling out Full Info to register an account on the official bank website. After that, you can see the balance in your personal account.
3. Using social engineering, call the cardholder's phone number and find out the current balance from him. Good call services have mastered this method perfectly.

Who is is the seller?are they selling paypal account with cookies and useragent,
I hard on dread forum,that paypal and western union accounts sellers are scam! I dont know

Previously people used skype for this, but it shuts down in May, next month. Can you recommend something instead of skype?
