Around a month ago a deal was he was going to send some electrical item to one of my drops and i was to sell the item and send his share of cash or if i was unable to sell pass on to him.

the only person that was interested asked to test phone when tested did not connect to internet and the inside of the charger piece on phone is broke.

then for personal reason i was on and off forum for some time and not on icq.

Unfortunately due to some false allegations against me which you are currently reviewing, I do not have the rights to open a Blacklist against this dumb Dodging Debtor 'Naturally.naughty'


To my surprise. ThIS idiot has opened his own thread against himself. As if he doesn't know what to do next and needs some sort of permission from you to complete the deal we have already agreed upon a month ago.


one thing i would like to make very CLEAR is that, RESHIPPING THIS PHONE WAS THE ORIGINAL PLAN before it even arrived at his drop because he felt the item was worthless, he preferred blocks of Gold and Diamonds However, about 3 days after he told me the item arrived, he insisted that he would sell the item, when really he should have already re-shipped it.

the reason for this Most likely because he saw bit of value in this phone and had a potential buyer.

I accepted his proposal and we changed the terms.

About 5 days of the item being in his possession i PMed on c.pro, to ask him whether or not he has sold it. he post PMed back saying something along the lines of 'He Can't sell it and that he would Re-ship it to my Drop within a few days /weekend' this was the last messsage i heard from him for over 40 days until today.

I would screenshot the exact words of the message , if I had my status back as i believe it is still in my Inbox.


IN THIS MESSAGE, HE NEVER MENTIONS THAT THIS PHONE IS BROKEN, AND I ASSUME AT THIS POINT HE HAD ALREADY TAKEN IT OUT OF THE BOX.

So he now claims this was for a Personal reason. YET, He found enough time to log on and off the forum, but he couldn't find time to re-ship item as we agreed? for approximately 40days ???

1) Ignoring the other person in an active deal, for 40 days. and after this period pretending like the deal doesn't exist.
2) breaking an Item that shouldn't still be in your possession, and refusing to take responsibility for the damages.
3) Claiming an item is broken 40 days after receiving it
4) Starting an unnecessary thread with the hope of getting out of messy situation, that you caused for yourself.
5) Asking an external party, whether or not you should complete a deal you admittedly agreed upon.

Now you have 2 choices

Ninja can help you decide which one you want to pick, if brain is struggling to choose

$170 was cost of phone (approx)
+$80 for the 40 day waiting period in which you ignored/dodged and all the extra bullshit just to get you to complete your side of the deal.

but if you complete the deal as we agreed it will just be $170 - (the damage quote). So for your sake, I hope the brand new phone i sent you, isn't completely dead.

I expect you to complete the deal like we agreed. but if you choose $250 option, I hope you understand why there is an $80 fee.

I don't think you understand you have NO leg to stand on. That claim means nothing 40 days after your disappearance. If i never commented on your thread, i'm sure you would have continued in your pretending the deal never existed manner.


I gave you the opportunity to send the phone and complete the deal and I told you I would only post Blacklist after assessing the damages.
It is you, who made the decision to post blacklist on yourself as you felt you could wriggle out of this mess you made with Ninja's approval.
