I have no idea whats going on but anywhere i sign into my account from i cannot chat to anyone.
Error code is 400
tried from diff computers, mobiles , vpns, rdps..., web clients..
All same problem...
Any ideas?

Which IM client are you guys using? ICQ aka Mail.ru group is banning all non-native IM clients like Pidgin, QIP etc from accessing ICQ servers, making it possible to use ICQ only by the native client which is ICQ 8 and it sucks horse dick.
