I have learned that the same BIN for a cardholder can be the same in California as it can be in Kansas. For example, Cap One will send out signature cards with the BIN 123456 to cardholders in Kansas and issue the same BIN to their cardholders in California. Therefore, my question to is: If we live in the USA, why does it matter what BIN we pick? If 123456 is issued in Kansas and then again in California, what does it matter? Since the banks use the same fucking BIN for their cardholders across the nation what does it matter what BIN we choose?
Just because we ask for a BIN that hits in Kansas does not mean that we will receive dumps that were issued in Kansas. So all this talk about "knowing your BINs" is complete bullshit. Either the dumps are fresh or dead, period. Region block. Not knowing your BIN, etc is nothing but fucking bullshit for some vendors to sell you shit and not replace.
