I bought from him and he gave me a dead fullz, asked for replacement, gave me another dead / used card which I seen he tried change vbv password and locked it, another merchants response = (The bank has requested that you retrieve the card from the cardholder - it may be a lost or stolen card.) BAD SERVICE, MAYBE A RIPPER! -1

it seems as ur merchant is also aware of which card is stolen & is it a dead card when merchant takes u to the bank and asked for a pass thn it automatically get locked? asking for replacement after using my card & blackmailing for giving bad feedbacks????? it could be ur ip issue..

. In my country (NL) all they do is steal stuff. The first person that left a feedback/the first person that bought stuff is allready complaining, coincendence maybe ?.
