Brief problem description: He advertised for selling US/EU/UK fullz (http://carder.market/showthread.php?COLLCC=1902822748&t=74391).
So I bought 1 x DE fullz for $25, which is not an amount I would make a black list for but he wasted my work. He gave me a dead fullz, which we both agreed on. He went ahead and gave me another dead fullz, which was maybe used before as merchant shows (The bank has requested that you retrieve the card from the cardholder - it may be a lost or stolen card.). Also VBV password locked due to many times of trying to change it.
His attitude offering me to buy another card in order to get full refund if that other don't work, shows that hes a classic ripper. I'm not asking anything but to get what I paid for, an approved eu fullz. However, I also don't know how this ripper is allowed to sell CC's for free, when other people in here pay few k for advertising.
