This has come to my attention that the ripper artists are back on track to rip few K's this year as well. Most of the old carders know about this 2 forums known as CardingEmpire (www.cardingempire.cc) and Fakacarda (www.fakacarda.org) They were operated in 2008 - 2009 summer and ripped lots of people. There is just 1 guy behind this. His nicknames are currently Echelon on his forum and known as Lexus_IS_F or Lexus_IS-F on other carding forums.

Mozad-Xakep
Untitled
Megiddo
Ciuda
Pathan
All of these accounts have admin or super moderator rights and are operated by the artist Echelon.
Why does he have so many accounts?
Its simple. His own nickname Echelon will stay clean but yet he will be ripping his forum members with his other nicknames and then clam his staff members ripped and are rippers. So what he will do is just demote and delete that account. The same drama has been applied before on CardingEmpire and FakaCarda. To refresh your memory I will write down few known examples on each board.
On CardingEmpire:
He had accounts known as Boss, Achilleus, Zeus and others.
Zeus was a verified vendor and ripped on Dumps + Pin. When that got known, he created a new account Boss, which had super moderator rights and then again sold Dumps + Pin. Meanwhile, he ripped others with Skimmers with his account Achilleus. When all these accounts became well known for ripping, he demoted and deleted those accounts. Now when everyone came to know that CardingEmpire is a ripper forum, he simply closed down the board in summer 2009, I think around August and now he created a new forum under name Kurupt.cc and started doing the same shit again. I know so many of my friends were ripped back in the days of CardingEmpire, by buying Dumps + Pin, Fullz, Bank logins, Skimmers from his clone accounts.
On FakaCarda:
Its the exact same thing of CardingEmpire. I barely remember the nicknames now but everyone there were full rippers. Known nicknames are Cappucino (now known as Quibishnona [i hope i spelled right] ), chato666 (now known as op / decrypter), Then Napster and goes on.
He has just ripped some handsome amount of members on Kurupt with his nickname Ciuda. And all his rips are always $1000 and up. I don't want another bunch of other carders loose money on this ripper artist this year AGAIN!!! Therefore I had to write this long thread to warn everyone and waste my time.
Now you will say how can I say Kurupt is CardingEmpire = FakaCarda?
Just see the forum structure and remember how CE and FC looked like. Just a simple example is all the boards are on IP.Board software. Then all have custom made theme. Remember how CE had themes, all custom made. This is because Echelon aka Empirion runs a forum, website designing company. He is talented in website designing.
Then remember how he used to mass mail all his members when one of his nicknames get known for ripping? He mass mails everyone that this that has ripped, is a ripper therefore he demoted and banned him blabla. I received the same shit on my inbox that Ciuda is ripper and he has removed him.
Now its up to you to believe me or not. Also I would love it if you add more proves, information to this thread.
