All of their claims are based on because you wont provide them services rockstar. Theres nothing wrong with picking and choosing who you do business with. If you cant do certain countries thats understandable. If they have a problem they should be posting in blacklist with PROOF of their claims of you being a "cop" otherwise its spamming/flooding and ninja will deal with it swiftly.
I have been dealing with rockstar numerous times particularly hotels and flights and they have always worked out flawlessly. He would even give me free stays/flights at certain points. Highly recommend ++
