have you try it again? i mean to make another dump with the exact same "components" you made the first one?
chances are like 1:100000000000000000 but its possible that you created an already issued and existing IT dump .
its like chances of winning the lotery but its possible that you done that.

Logic would dictate to repeat it again and see if it wasn't just a lucky track. Please do update us on your findings.

did you try it again? If it didn't work then it must have been a POS error on the merchants part.

Most likely like darky said the POS might have been offline or definately some error on the pos

Ok here is an example

417181 say this is a bin
you are now saying you added the whole track from a spain dump so you added 10 digits of card number and 6 from the bin ok

4171818176186719 How would you even check if the card number was valid before working with the dump
i mean not aprove i meant valid in terms of the luhn algorithm

if you post the 16 digit card number you made or you can check on the luhn algorithm online to check if its a validated card then it might be a possiblity that it works but if its invalid then i think the POS is in error

Offline POS You can charge anything you want and you'll get approved.
If you're thinking how can the owner accept this.
It could be one of his workers replaced the POS without him knowing about it on busy days and he'll pay by cash the damage of lost items !
