U can use them in shop, u need encoder and good plastic. Usa are 101 so works everywhere, depend on bin also.

just find his ssn by the details that you have with you then call the bank and change the phone number of the card holder to a prepaid number that you have with you and with the phone banking you will be able to find the balance of it. so you can go the the shop wit this card and swipe the maximum with this...
