MN0g0.su $20 credit not being paid, Terrible service!

I would not open a ripper report unless there was no other choice, but after 5 tickets and 5 useless replys form this guy I hav no other choice.

The problem:

I had a standing balance of $12.35 in my account. I added $8 to = $20.35 so that I could buy 1 UK fullz with a vlaue of $20

I purchased 1 card, ran thru the checker, it declined I got a refund - so I selected another card, checked it, declined. BUt this time my account was not credited. I now have a balance of $0.35

So I opened a ticket:

Hey bro, still waiting for a refund. The fullz i bought declined (transaction 377797) I ve not made any further transactions since. My account was never credited for the bad card.

Bro, just look at my account my last transaction the cards says refuded, but it was not. If the auto refund was working I would have a positive balance. I DON T.

If it HAD been refunded I would have a positive balance of $20.35, I do not.

5 tickets, wasting my time asking the same details, I already provided, over and over seems like the actions of someone deliberatly trying to avoid crediting me.

I'm not even asking for a refund, just credit on a card, that was completly invalid.

Hopefully now there is an official report he will credit me.

He finally refunded me today after i opened this report.
