You can buy some bins or simply ask the seller for non vbv card before buying the card. Some websites will accept non vbv some will not so when you see a website accept your card write down the bin and use it agian and agian.

It’s nearly impossible to hack someone mail, unless you send him some kind of file fakeing some story for him to download it so you can get his info
