You can use the card to buy in shops, to be successful you will need a good setup, if you work on laptop use VPN-Antidetect-SOCKS5, there are also drop services, they are very useful because you can send them whatever you bought and they will give you a % of the price, there are a lot more things to consider I recommend you to read topics on the forum and ask when you don understand something, put on practice what you learn, that's how you succeed
