CC to btc question

So you could say i am new to this but i already know some things, but here is the problem, i dont know any exchange that allows you to buy with a non-vbv card because everything goes well no otp but then the payment is declined for whatever reason, i have tried in: switchere, and stealhex, both did not work but they didnt ask for otp, so i somenone could tell me some exchanges that allow non-vbv cards or tell me how to search them.
Also if there are not any would it work to buy some fake info from photoshop from someone, if so in which exchange would that work

You would need to search BTC in the search bar, I have seen a bunch of different guides on this but they also say specific BINS are to be used because I have had issues purchasing crypto with my own personal bank card because sometimes they don’t allow those type of transactions.
