What does the inspector have to do with it? You yourself wrote that you will provide proofs in the title of the topic and still have not done so.
I am not claiming that your methods do not work, since I have not familiarized myself with them and have not tried them.
One thing is good that you are not trying to sell them, but are providing them for free.

I see a lot of posts here, from noobs, seeking "working methods" and guides.
Fraud is a job like any other job. It requires a great deal of research, study and trial and error to become efficient and profitable. And just like starting any other business it requires a decent financial investment.
I see a lot of people on here looking to get rich quick. They think they are going to spend $50 on a couple of guides and be making millions in a few a months. Doesn't work that way, in fraud or life! You get out of something what you put into it.
NOBODY is going to give you a guide with any current, working methods for Free! Experienced fraudsters are very protective of their methods. The more people exploiting something...the quicker the exploit gets patched. Why am I going to tell you how I am making money for small amount money and risk my exploit being patched?
NOBODY is going to "partner" with you for bank transfers, ach or western union. This "send to my account and will give you 50%" is NEVER going to happen. I do not know you and there is a 99% chance I send the transfer and you keep ALL of it. There is plenty of legit transfer vendors out there and they charge 30-35% UPFRONT.
You must be prepared to invest money into your business. If you think you were going to make money by buying $50 worth of BTC here and there and raking in cash, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Depending on your method, be prepared to invest 1, 2, 3k plus to get it up, running and profitable.
If it sounds too good to be true....IT IS!
Outside of general advice in forums ....NOBODY IS GIVING YOU ANYTHING FOR FREE! You can find free good carding methods on this forum only.
I do not discourage you from buying guides. I just suggest you temper your expectations. This is a game of information. The more you read and the more you research, the better you will become.
It is also a game of trial and error. What works today, doesnt work tomorrow. What works for one guy doesnt work for the next. You need to read and research and devise a method that works for YOU.
If youre a noob and posting in forums, read the other threads before posting. Odds are some other noob has already asked the same question and you will get your answers. All of us experienced fraudsters are happy to give you advice and a point in the right direction, but I see waaaaay too many people posting and just hoping that someone takes them under their wing and does all the work for them.That is not going to happen.
