How to work Enroll

I have long wondered how you work enrolls.. This is how I have understood it:

First you buy fullz from a vendor, and then you log in to bank and enroll them on internet bank, after that you wire money to cashier?

This is really interesting to me to, one time I enrolled some card but didn't know what to do with it, besides money transfer to drop, but i didn't have drop.

There are only a specific set of BINs you can enroll to a bank for online access which is also called as COBs.

You can change address sometimes with enrolls then card as billing address strait to your drop , if dont have vbv pass just order over the phone from any high street store
