Hacking Facebook and Gmail??

Just curious if anyone offers this out there....I have a mark that I am looking to get into gmail and/or Facebook account. I remember seeing someone a while back say they could do it.

I mean if you know target very well, you can infect him via some methods and get passwords or use his info to get pass via social engineering.
