i need a good way of checking gmail or hotmail without blockcing the email because of a different ip ,i know there is a trick in doing so and i would need guidance

Just use a US IP.....it wont get blocked for aol! Try to download proxifier and get that done with sock 5. Are you into wire fraud? Or Auto fraud? Lets discuss

thats actually the best way to go for any client, as yahoo started blocking these days too
they wont block pop3 access, just use outlook or thunderbird

what's the best way to check a huge list like that
without getting blocked
(and without using any 3rd party mail checker services).
