Used to be a mod at DarkMart before it went down. I currently hang out at BlackService (Devmo) as an ebay account seller and card items for myself. I have a good number of ebay accounts which I give out for free every now and then. I have never scammed anyone but have been a victim of scam (when I first started) This looks like a legit underground site to keep out kiddies and looking to get in and offer myself to the community (No homo)

Never tried. I really only have carded items for myself into the US. I imagine it would be the same concept though.
