Lol dude youd get scammed regardless. If the bank account is worth more then what they put up for escrow, whats stopping them from making that money they gave up back from that bank account? Escrow is barely even secure....if someone escrows 1,000 dollars, and the bank account has 10k-50k on it. Then who wouldnt just leave the 1000 and take the 10k-50k? Only an idiot wouldnt.
